The Healing Journey blends positive psychology, ancient methods of healing, hypno-meditation with accountability coaching.

The Healing Journey has been intuitively created to uncover what has been keeping you from your greatness, your vitality, your inspiration, your BRIGHT LIGHT!

This Journey is broken up into 6 weeks. The first 3 weeks is The Subconscious Shift, where you are gently guided to uncover the root your fears, blocks, and barriers so you can understand what has been getting in the way of you designing your dream life.

The second 3 weeks is the Integration + External Shift. You will be able to combine your inner and outer vision to guide you with gentleness, confidence and great clarity.

In addition to the specific weekly topics, the program is organized around two themes:

Applying the supportive and deep soulful lessons to make significant heart-based progress on a personal goal

The design of the program is a blend of sacred sharing in a safe space, experiential exercises to refine and define who you are, weekly soul work and “live-with’s” to shift your perspective on how you see yourself and the world, plus meaningful conversations with your peer coach to land the learning and solidify the tools.
