Due to high demand and scheduling availability,  Janet is able to work with 2 new clients per year.  She begins working with anyone 1:1 via the Destiny Program and then a VIP Alchemist Program which is an exclusive 1:1.

You'll know you're logged in already if you see LIBRARY as a link in the menu bar across the top of the site. You can always click there to view the products you've purchased. If you aren't logged in, you'll see a Login option in the menu bar across the top of the screen. Click that to login with your login credentials. Once you login, you'll be taken directly to your Library so you can view your products.

Once you purchase a course, you'll find it inside your Library. Once you select the course, you'll want to scroll down and select a module and click through into the module. When you're on the page where the video player is, look on that page for the Downloads section. Depending on the type of device you're on, the download(s) will either be at the very bottom of the page below the comments, or on the right hand side of the page. Click on the file you want to download in order to download it.

If you've purchased an MP3 from the store, you can always stream it on your mobile device, but if attempting to download directly to a mobile device, the downloads may not function properly. For best results, please download to your computer, then sync to your mobile device. If you do not have access to a computer, you may require a third party app to be able to successfully download. Apple does not allow direct downloads of MP3s to their mobile devices. You will need to download to a computer, add to iTunes and sync to your iPhone/iPad for the file to play properly on your Apple mobile device.

Once you've purchased a product, it will always remain in your Library so you can access it, or download it (if applicable) at your convenience.

1) Log in to the site. (If you are already logged in, skip to #2.)

2) Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the page to bring up the menu (this will just be a gray circle if you haven't uploaded a profile picture)

3) From the dropdown menu, choose “Settings”.

4) Again in the upper-right corner, choose “Billing Info”.

5) On the next page, you can A) change your card and B) remove your card or C) remove your card.

If you wish to cancel your SS Membership a 30 day notice is required.

You can do so directly from your portal or simply  email: [email protected] and we'll provide you with the steps to cancel your membership if needed; 30 days prior to your membership renewal.

If you have paid for the annual membership, your membership will be good for the year that you initial paid.  And you will NOT be charged or renewed if you notify us 7 days prior to the annual renewal.  No refunds.

If you are paying monthly, you will not be charged after 30 days from the day you notified us and will no longer have access to any of the content after 30 days of notification.

There are NO refunds or trial periods.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% are required for all sessions.

Payments must be made in full 2 weeks before your session.

The Client is responsible for Payment in FULL for any regular session fees if NWL INC, Janet Namaste is not notified of cancellation within 48 hours of appointment.  Cancellation notice should be sent via email. Any cancellation within a 24-hour period of the scheduled appointment time is subject to a $150 cancellation fee & prepayment of any future appointments. 

All deposits are non-refundable and sessions could be only be transferred or rescheduled within 3 months of the initial appointment.

As of today, Janet's wait time for NEW personal sessions are 8 months-1 year to begin working with her 1:1.
